The RAM-109H-2U is a swing arm style mount that consists of a horizontal mounting base, 6 inch long straight swing arm, 4.55 inch ball arm and 6.25 inch x 2 inch universal mounting plate. The pivoting point at the end of the swing arm and allows 360 degrees of rotation.

RAM-109H-2U Manufacturer's Description: Consisting of a single swing arm mount with 1.5 inch socket, 6 inch long straight swing arm, 4.55 inch ball arm and 6 inch x 2 inch mounting plate that is mounted on a horizontal surface base. The connection between the swing arm and the base is a bolt pivot point. The bolt pivoting point allows a complete 360 degree rotation.
Base Plate Included: RAM-109H-B shown below is a marine grade aluminum horizontal base with 4 pre-drilled mounting holes. The connection between the swing and the base is a bolt pivot point. Mounting hardware is NOT included.

Swing Arm Description: The single swing arm mount consists of a 6 inch long straight swing arm mounted on vertical surface mounting base. At the free end of the swing arm mount is a open 1.5 inch diameter socket. The open socket connects to the RAM-202U mounting plate.
Socket Ball Size: Connects to 1.5 inch C Ball Size / Max. Weight 10 lbs.
Ball Arm Description: RAM-201U shown below is a standard length marine grade aluminum arm 4.55 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 5.625 inches in overall length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached base and mounting plate. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached plates. This enables the arm and mounting plate to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!
