The RAM-E-202U-IN1 is a 3.68 inch round marine grade aluminum universal base plate with STEEL POST and a 3.38 inch diameter "E" sized rubber ball. This universal plate has pre-drilled holes including two holes at 180 degrees and three holes at 120 degrees. The RAM-E-202U-IN1 is also used to secure RAM arms (RAM-E-201 series).
