The RAP-B-400-238U is a SMALL composite tough claw base mount base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball, composite standard length sized arm and diamond shaped adapter plate (AMPS hole compatible). The tough claw will accommodate an outside round rail diameter from 0.625 to 1.5 inches.
