The RAM-VB-SW1-1218-240 is designed to connect directly to any of the NON WELDED RAM Vehicle Laptop Mount Bases. Connected to the top of the tele-post is a double swing arm system which includes two 6 inch arms joined with a hand adjustable knob. The arms allow easy movement and positioning of the RAM-240U (3.68" diameter) mounting plate connected at the end of the swing arm socket.

Articulating Arm Included: Black powder coated steel dual swing arm with 12 inches of total extension and includes the RAM-240U mounting plate. The patented rubber ball and socket joint provides additional adjustment as well as shock and vibration isolation.
NOTE: Mounting plate shown below is the RAM-202U (2.5" diameter mounting plate) versus the included RAM-240U (3.68" diameter mounting plate).
Articulating Arm Option (NOT INCLUDED): RAM-VB-109-3U OPTIONAL 6 inch swing arm extension. Provides a total of 18 inches of total extension when added to the RAM-VB-110-1U.
Telescoping Pole Included: "Tele-Pole" showed assembled with bottom tele-pole RAM-VB-TBF18U and upper tele-pole RAM-VB-TTM12U. For an even more custom installation, the tele-pole may be easily cut with a hack saw to a more desired length.
Upper Tele-Pole Included: RAM-VP-TTM12U black powder coated steel 18 inch upper tele-pole mates to the articulating arm and lower tele-pole.
