DESCRIPTION

The RAM-B-121-PD2U is a marine grade aluminum yoke mount that consists of the RAM-B-121-238U assembly (yoke clamp mount base, standard sized length arm, universal diamond plate) and universal electronics holder. Below are some popular electronic devices that this cradle will accommodate:

RAM-B-121-PD2U includes the RAM-B-121-238U (shown below). The RAM-B-121-238U consists of the RAM-B-121BU, RAM-B-201U and RAM-B-238U.
Yoke Base: RAM-B-121BU aluminum yoke clamp mount base fits a rail diameter from 5/8 inch to a maximum of 1.25 inches. The 1 inch rubber ball sits at a right angle to the plane of the mount so when connected to a rail, the ball sits parallel to the rail. To mount the base, simply place the yoke clamps around the rail and then screw the large knob at the end of the threaded rod. The hand tightened clamp makes this the perfect mounting system for rental planes and unusual shaped motorbike rails. The rail does not need to be perfectly round to use this base.
Arm: RAM-B-201U standard sized length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 2.875 inches between socket centers (3.6875 inches in overall length). A plastic twist knob allows you to articulate the arm in any direction.
Adapter: RAM-B-238U universal diamond plate with two holes measuring 1.9 inches from hole center to hole center and accommodates the AMPS hole pattern.
Cradle: Included RAM-HOL-PD2U is a high strength composite side clamping finger grip cradle designed to hold a large amount of different kinds of electronic devices, like PDAs, GPS, Sony PSP, etc. The cradle includes three (3) sets of side clamping arms. Each set of arms includes three (3) individual arms which connect to the slots on the side of the cradle. The arms have a rubber tip for an optimum hold, and you can remove and change the arms so you can find the right clamping hold for you device. Below are the dimensions that the cradle will accommodate.
