The RAP-404U is a MEDIUM COMPOSITE sized tough claw base mount base with 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball. The tough claw will accommodate an outside round rail diameter from 1.0 to 1.875 inches and flat surface from 0 to 1.6 inches.
