The RAP-B-404-238U is a MEDIUM composite sized tough claw base mount base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball, composite standard sized length arm and diamond shaped adapter (AMPS hole compatible). The tough claw will accommodate an outside round rail diameter from 1 to 1.875 inches and flat surface from 0 to 1.6 inches.
