The RAP-B-103U-A is a flat surface COMPOSITE mount that has a universal 2.5 inch diameter flat surface base with pre-drilled holes (hardware not included), SHORT sized length arm.

Arm: RAP-B-201U-A short sized length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 2.0 inches between socket centers (2.38 inches in overall length). A plastic twist knob allows you to articulate the arm in any direction.
