The RAP-B-101-OT1U is a flat surface mount that has a ALUMINUM universal 2.5 inch diameter flat surface base with pre-drilled holes (hardware not included), COMPOSITE standard sized length arm and ALUMINUM universal 2.5 inch diameter mounting plate.
