The RAP-B-378-A-UN7U is a 2.5 inch diameter adhesive disk base, SHORT sized plastic arm and composite universal spring loaded X grip holder. The holder (RAM-HOL-UN7BU) will fit devices, including iPhones, between the following dimensions:

• Minimum Width = 0.875"
• NOTE: Devices at 0.875" must be a minimum of 4" in height to fit into holder
• Maximum Width = 3.25"
• Depth = 0.875"

Included Base: RAP-B-378U 2.5 inch adhesive disk base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball. Put the base practically anywhere you want to keep your handheld device easy to see and always within your reach. Designed with a very small foot print, finding a home on your dash or console is easy.

Included Arm: RAP-B-201U-A composite short sized length arm measures approximately 2.0 inches between socket center to socket center and is 2.38 inches in total length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to a RAM 1 inch diameter ball. When loosening the side knob, you can pivot the ball and socket connections or completely disconnect the ball from the socket.

  1. Ensure that both the dashboard surface and the bottom of the Ram Mount base have been thoroughly cleaned and dried.
  2. Attach either side of adhesive to the base first, let it sit several hours to allow adhesive to thoroughly bond.
  3. Attach other side of adhesive (with base) to the dashboard surface.
  4. Let the adhesive disc sit several hours before adding socket arm components, etc. to allow the adhesive to properly bond to the dashboard surface.
