Description
The RAM-D-201U-E-MI1 is the long sized double socket arm with jam nut, has a socket at both ends that accommodates 2.25" ball bases. A single spring inside the arm opens the end sockets, allowing you to pivot the ball and socket connection. This socket technology allows for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
NOTE: The RAM-D-201U-E-MI1 and RAM-D-201U-E are the same arm with the exception that the RAM-D-201U-E-MI1 contains a jam nut. The MI1 series is commonly used for military applications.

Arm Description: RAM-D-201U-E-MI1 is the long length marine grade aluminum arm with jam nut. 11.1875 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 12.875 inches in overall length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached base and mounting plate. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached plates. This enables the arm and mounting plate to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!
