The RAP-B-397-1-238U is a composite small tough clamp base mount base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball (second mounting ball optional), composite standard length sized arm and diamond shaped adapter plate. The clamp will accommodate a flat surface from 0 to 1.0 inches thick or a round rail diameter from 0.25 to .75 inches outer diameter.
