The RAP-404-202U is a MEDIUM composite sized tough claw base mount base with 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball, marine grade aluminum standard sized length arm and 2.5 inch diameter plate (AMPS hole compatible). The tough claw will accommodate an outside round rail diameter from 1.0 to 1.875 inches and flat surface from 0 to 1.6 inches.
