Manufacturer's Description: The RAM-SG-D-111U-C consists of a 3.68" diameter round base, SHORT LENGTH double socket arm, 11" x 3" rectangular base, RAM mixed combination Pin-Lock security nut/knob and key knob for Gimbal Brackets. The round base contains pre-drilled holes, including two holes at 180 degrees and three holes at 120 degrees. The rectangle base contains different combinations of pre-drilled holes which will match up to many electronic devices and mounts.
RAM Pin-Lock security solutions are designed to withstand the harshest environments where RAM Mounts are commonly used. With an emphasis on aesthetics and function, RAM security nuts/knobs are low profile and only add a small amount of additional bulk to your system when compared to the standard knob included. At a fraction of the cost of currently available keyed locking knobs, the additional peace of mind and tamper resistance comes at a very affordable price. The included threaded key knob replaces the Gimbal knob, assuring your mounted electronic device is safe from theft and tampering.

Pin-Lock Included: RAP-S-NUT5-GU shown below. Note: Gimbal bracket is NOT included. The RAP-S-NUT5-GU replaces the knob on "D" 2.25 inch diameter sized socket arms and and Gimbal bracket. The RAP-S-NUT5-GU offers the ideal amount of leverage to properly tighten your mount to prevent slippage in heavy chop or in extreme vibration environments. The RAP-S-NUT5-GU also includes the RAP-S-NUT5U which consists of a 1/2"-20 female threaded security nut and key knob.
Base Plate Included: RAM-D-202U shown below is a marine grade aluminum universal is a 3.68 inch round marine grade aluminum universal plate with a 2.25 inch diameter rubber ball.
Arm Included: RAM-D-201U-C with Pin-Lock is the short length marine grade aluminum arm 3.1875 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 5.0625 inches in overall length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached base and mounting plate. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached plates. This enables the arm and mounting plate to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!
